Please note the property will charge a damage deposit for one person of 30 EUR per stay.

Please note that all rooms are located on the upper floors (2nd floor) and accessible by stairs only.

Any damage or loss to the property caused by guests will incur charges that will be shared and agreed upon at check-in. Damages will be charged to the (debit/credit) card provided at (time of booking/check-in/check-out)."

Please note that there is an additional charge of 30 euros per hour for waiting check-in without prior notice, 50 euros extra for check-in or check-out outside the scheduled hours, and 60 euros per hour for late check-out.

Please Note, There are no cooking facilities. It is not allowed to cook in the room(s). Bringing your own cooking facilities is not allowed for fire safety.

Please note smoking is not allowed, Smoking in the property will terminate the agreement for the rest of your stay. You will have to leave the property.
