Situated in an old country residence amidst a green park, this charming B&B offers luxurious, bright guest rooms and a great location in Spa, not far from the train station. Free WiFi is available in all rooms. L'Etape Fagnarde offers a convenient base for exploring the beautiful High Fens in the province of Liège. A buffet breakfast is served each morning from 08:00 until 10:00. It includes a range of breads, local delicacies, fresh juices and a variety of special coffees and teas. Weather permitting, the terrace is a great place to sit out with a drink and enjoy the garden. Upon reservation and for an additional fee, you can enjoy the property's extended wellness facilities such as a sauna. This is a peaceful setting for your relaxing break in the town of Spa, famous for its healthy mineral springs. Guests also benefit from free private parking.

Built at the end of the 19th century, our house is composed of a main house with 5 guest rooms and a cottage for 5-6 people (former caretakers house)

During the annual events, there are the Francofolies, the 24h of Francorchamps, Formula1 and many other events. Our B&B is located in a residential area located 8 minutes walk from the city center or the station of Spa.
