Since 2015, running the guesthouse is for me a complete days job. I'm always available for my guests and I do everything I can to give you a nice stay in my home. Children are very welcome. I'm a passionate falconer and always ready to let you in in the wonderful world of owls with stories and a demonstration. In my free time I'm a volunteer for the organisation "Mobile School", education for street children all over the world.

We offer personal service to our guests,we like our guests to feel at home. since 2016 we have the label of " bicycle friendly guesthouse", free bikes available.Take a look at the website to find the special arrangements. In the garden I host a large collection of living owls, You can make pictures of them as much as you want,even hold them yourself on your arm.

Bilzen is a lovely little town with a nice and cosy shopping center and a lot of good restaurants. The B&B is at 200 m from the train and bus station and on walking distance from the center. I'm situated right in the middle of several cities, like Maastricht, Tongeren, Hasselt and Genk. With Bilzen as starting point you can make wonderful tours on bike trough the neighbourhood and enjoy the beautiful landscapes of "Haspengouw" or "De Kempen"
