Set in a 19th-century townhouse situated right in Brussels' historical centre, Art de Séjour offers modern accommodation with flat-screen cable TV and free WiFi throughout 500 metres from the Grand-Place. Public parking is available near the accommodation.
All units at Art de Séjour are non-smoking, air conditioned and fitted with wooden floors, a flat-screen cable TV, a work desk and coffee making facilities. A safety deposit box and large fitting mirror are provided. All rooms also include a computer. The rooms and the studio all come with a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and a hairdryer.
Breakfast is served every morning on site. A wide variety of cafés and restaurants serving Belgian and international cuisine is located in the immediate surroundings of the property. There are also serveral supermarkets within walking distance.
The Royal Palace is 1.5 km from Art de Séjour and the European Commission is 3 km away. Brussels-South Train Station, offering Thalys and Eurostar high-speed train terminals to international destinations, is 1.2 km from the accommodation. Brussels Airport can be reached by train in 20 minutes from Brussels-Central Train Station (800 metres from the accommodation).
Although the property has an elevator, the building is not suitable for guests with a disability.

The building was originally a family home and constructed in 1885. The renovation, or should I say restoration, took us 5 years to complete
After travelling for many years we decided to change our lives and start all over again. During our many hotel visits all over the world we knew exactly what we did not like. So we have replaced all those items with the ones we do like. And the result is Art de Séjour in its current form.
