Kuća Vlašićki Konak nalazi se na samoj glavnoj skijaškoj stazi odmah ispod hotela Amna. Objekat ima četiri apartmana na pet etaža sa zasebnim ulazima iz glavnog hodnika tako da gosti borave neovisno jedni o drugima.
Kuća se zagrijava centralnim grijanjem na drva, posjeduje sav kuhinjski pribor, posteljinu i sve što je potrebno za ugodan boravak. Blizina centra i Fis centra sa sjedalima na skijaškoj stazi za početnike, restoranom, adrenalinskim parkom, malim zološkim vrtom i školom skijanja sa iznajmljivanjem opreme na 10 minuta je hoda i čine ovu lokaciju i samu kuću idealnom za duži odmor. Dvije minute hoda od kuće nalazi se najbolje sanjkalište tako da je lokacija idealna za djecu koja ne skijaju. Moguć je dolazak učitelja skijanja radi dogovora o terminima.
Za one avanturističkog duha također je moguće u blizini iznajmiti motorne sanjke ili quad i odvesti se u nepregledna prostranstva Vlašića.
