Set in fabulous Silverleaves, Phillip Island, beautiful beaches, penguins and the Grand Prix . Villa is yours to enjoy. Villa has 2 living areas and four bedrooms sleeping 9. Downstairs is open plan living, dining and kitchen opening onto the gorgeous pergola , two bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet. Upstairs includes two bedrooms, bathroom, second living space opening onto a small deck overlooking the backyard.
Our beds are made with crisp white sheets and towels and toiletries are provided.
Beautifully furnished with a fully fenced garden that welcomes your dog.
Our kitchen includes everything you can think of including a kitchen aid mixer and coffee machine. We leave a lovely hamper for you to enjoy.

Our house is located 1 minute from the Phillip Island Golf course, three minutes from Silverleaves Store and five minutes from the beach - all walking minutes! Walk to Cowes Main street and the Penguins are a 15 minute drive.

Public bus and ferry are 20 minute walk
