Hi there! I’m Sam and I love the Mornington Peninsula. I’m a keen ocean swimmer, I love stand up paddle boarding with my Cavoodle, Flo and I’m learning to surf. I feel so privileged to share our beautiful home and I get so much joy from hearing how our guests enjoyed staying at Villa Arcadia, creating memories with friends and family.
