The Tropicana Motor Inn is situated on Phillip Island, just 300 metres from Cowes Beach and the Esplanade, where you can enjoy a variety of excellent restaurants, cafes and shops. Facilities include a lush tropical gardens and an alfresco dining area. There is a professional conference room available for small group events. Cowes Golf Club is a 5-minute drive, or take a 10-minute sunset drive to see the parade of the Little Penguins.
