I would like to begin my introduction by asking that those with mobility issues consider that access to the apartment is via a stairwell and the shower is above the bath that you need to step into, please consider this when booking. The apartment is on the first floor of a former 'Union Bank of Australia' which is a 100-year-old building in the CBD of Dimboola close to the shopping precinct, eateries and the hotel. It is above the bank, which is home to the host, yet with your own entrance to the property and total privacy, overlooking a large garden from your own private balcony. This is an entire apartment with your own bedroom with a queen size bed, a lounge, bathroom with separate toilet, kitchenette and laundry room. The parking is in front of the building, free and safe for your car.

I live on the ground floor of the bank and am available to assist. Your apartment is private and separate from the rest of the building with your own gateway entrance and an outdoor stairwell and is very private for you However, I am always happy to meet with guests and enjoy the diversity of who stays and hearing their stories. I am very pet-friendly and happy to host furbabies.
