Unlike most Villas in this park, the Riverstay Retreat has a small fence around the outdoor and grassed area to create a secure, safe space for young children to play and pets to be off the lead. You will have access to the entire property, including a laundry and excluding the lock up garage/shed. There is parking for two cars outside and an overflow area for boats, trailers etc on the grassed areas opposite the Villa. Please keep in mind that this is a family park, strictly no parties or large groups permitted.
