The Oasis is a family owned accommodation and our company has been managing, improving and transforming The Oasis since April 2023.

Property information

Come and stay at your own little Oasis in stunning Port Stephens. There is no place like here! If a relaxing hideaway set in a serene and beautiful rainforest setting is what you're after look no further! Our 9 spacious, free standing cabins are amongst lush tropical gardens and are only 600m to stunning One Mile beach. Please note that we have just one dog friendly cabin onsite, so if you are planning on bringing your dog please ensure you contact us to ensure that the dog friendly cabin is available and we will book you in. (Note that a per night dog accommodation fee and refundable dog bond applies). Enjoy the surrounds by reading a book next to our billabong under the shade of the trees, or overlooking our dam full of ducks and other birds. Have a BBQ in the central kitchen area surrounded by lush gardens, trickling water features and the sounds of nature. The Oasis is the perfect getaway for rest and relaxation with the beach and many activities Port Stephens in known for only moments away. Each cabin is fully self contained so all you need to bring is your beach towels. If you are planning a wedding or event we have the perfect space with a huge covered event area with full bar, feasting tables, garden furniture and thousands of fairy lights plus a large dance room. Anna Bay and Boat Harbour is described by the locals as “god’s Country" because you are surrounded by stunning beaches perfect for the avid surfer, fisherman or snorkeler. Our clear blue waters are perfect for any water activity. If its adrenaline you're after we have the sand dunes where you can go camel riding, sand boarding, quad biking and much more. Dolphin cruises and great restaurants are a short drive away. With a shopping complex and selection of eateries just down the road you have everything you need for your stay close by.

The fine print

Need-to-know information for guests at this property

Please note that this property has only one dog friendly cabin (" Dog Friendly Self Contained Garden View Bungalow"). This must be booked in advance. Partner can accommodate one dog only in this cabin. Per night dog accommodation charges of $40 per night apply, plus a $100 bond. No other cabins onsite can accommodate dogs. No other pets are able to stay at the property.

If you arrive with a dog and have not reserved the dog friendly cabin, the property will be unable to proceed with your accommodation and refunds will not apply.

Card payments will be charged a card processing fee of 1.1%, which is a passed-through bank charge.

Payments can be made by card, direct debit or cash (cash payment arrangements are required to be agreed in advance).

A 50% deposit for the total accommodation fee will be processed upon receiving your booking. The final 50% payment will be processed 2 days before your check-in.

Property does not accommodate hens, stags or other loud parties.

Quiet hours are between 9pm and 8am.

Children under 18 can only check in if accompanied by a parent or official guardian.
