Property information

Relax with friends and family in an original 1960s beach cottage. Sunset Beach House is a waterfront home which has been freshly refurbished with designer furniture and luxurious bedding. Being an original home, the house has quirks which add charm and lovely details such as original timber floors and tiles. With the beach in your front yard, you will never want to leave. The home is a 5 minute walk to Soldiers Point Marina with its restaurants and cafes.

Neighbourhood information

Sunset Beach is located in Soldiers Point, a quiet and peaceful area. Many people travel to Sunset Beach in the evenings to watch the beautiful sunsets. Just a 5 minute walk from the home is Soldiers Point Marina with The Deck Restaurant (a local favourite), The Point Restaurant and The Boatshed Cafe. A three minute walk from the home is the lovely Pearson Park (on Sunset Beach) where there is a playground and shady areas for picnics. Bannisters Port Stephens is only a three minute drive or 15 minute walk from the home and has Rick Stein restaurant , Julio’s Mexican and Cheeky Dog pub.
