Please note that same-day bookings cannot be guaranteed for check in at 14:00, however a day pass to the resort facilities can be arranged until your room is ready.

Please note the indoor pool and spa area is open from 7:00 until 19:00. Between the hours of 10:00-16:00, children are allowed to access to the area with parental supervision. Outside of these hours the area is for adults only. These rules are subject to change.

Please note that the rooms will not be serviced for the duration of your stay. You can request your preferred bedding configuration in the Special Requests Box at the time of booking.

Please note that several food & beverage outlets around the property are privately owned & operated. Live entertainment is provided on most weekends, and occasional week days. The Shoal Bay Country Club and Whitesands Conference Centre are open until 03:30 and 02:00 respectively, however noise levels are reduced from midnight. Please be aware that some noise may carry to apartments during these times.

Maintenance work of the lift will be carried out from February 17th, 2025 to May 2025.
