The best balcony in Peppy! Create lifelong memories in this unique ocean-view manor. Sleeping up to 12 guests, this is the perfect property for families or adult groups to escape the city life and enjoy the magic of peppy beach. The upper sky deck and main balcony both have panoramic ocean views. The lower level is entirely self-contained and can offer privacy within groups (if required). Take a two minute walk to the beach, soak in the long sunsets, or explore multiple award-winning wineries within a short drive. The Space: The Oceanview Manor consists of four levels: - at the back of the property, walk up to the stunning sky deck and experience panoramic sea views. Enjoy a drink and soak in the sunset or start your day with a breezy coffee; - on the top level of Oceanfront Manor, you will find two large bedrooms with queen beds and a dedicated en-suite for the master room. The master also contains clear ocean views and a walk-in robe. The second room also contains a built-in robe; - the middle level contains a fully functional kitchen, laundry and guest bathroom. You will also enjoy two spacious sitting areas, one of which has a comfortable sofa bed. Most importantly, there is a huge balcony where all of your guests can enjoy a BBQ dinner or drinks with an unobstructed view of the ocean; and - the lower level is an entirely self-contained two-bedroom lodge with a large bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and lounge area with an additional sofa bed if required. Both bedrooms also have views, with the larger room containing another queen bed and the smaller room containing two single beds. The Oceanview Manor also has a large garage and additional car parking. Access and Things to Note: Please note that the driveway is quite steep. This will make it difficult for those with mobility issues to walk up it. As for driving, the turning area at the top is tight if cars are already parked up there. There is street parking nearby so we suggest parking no more than

Peppermint Grove Beach (Peppy Beach) is a tranquil seaside area surrounded by the ocean and the bush. It is is midway between Bunbury and Busselton. You will find yourself amongst wineries in the Geographe and Margaret River regions. A bus service is available to Capel. There is no public transport to Peppermint Grove Beach, so a private car is necessary. Rentals are available from Perth Airport, Perth City, Bunbury and Busselton. Please be careful driving at night due to the local wildlife, including Kangaroos.
