Whether you’re planning your next holiday or need a reliable team to manage your investment property, you’re in excellent hands with Premium Realty. We require a 30% deposit to secure the booking which will incur a 1.5% surcharge fee. The balance is due 40 days before arrival/ Payments can be made via bank transfer or we can do card payments which incur a 1.5% surcharge fee. We do require card details for holding of the security bond, we will charge a security bond of 500AUD. If you cancel the booking outside the 40 days the deposit will be refunded. PET FEE 30 aud per night per pet

This stunning holiday home offers an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area, featuring 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms upstairs and powder room downstairs. Relax in the alfresco outdoor entertaining area looking out onto the inground pool, BBQ area and the canal. Have fun with the putt putt green or throw in a line off the pontoon for a spot of fishing. Enjoy the stunning sunsets in the evening looking out to the canal. Just a short stroll to the Bongaree waterfront to enjoy the walkways, beaches, cafes and restaurants all within a 2km walk. Sandstone Point Hotel is only 3km over the bridge. Only a 40 minute drive to Australia Zoo and 1 hour drive from Brisbane airport Seaside Serenity is a home away from home with all the luxuries for that restful holiday.
