“Wonderful location near Richmond town centre, but tucked away from the road and traffic, so very quiet and restful.
Friendly and gracious hostess, happy to chat and answer and queries.
A perfect getaway.”

“Our host had filled the property with many lovely little touches making it feel welcoming and homely .
I lived the French doors which opened onto a sunny patio, plus the other seating areas around the property.

We absolutely love living in the historic village of Richmond and are keen to point out its many highlights.
Richmond is a quaint village with amazing early colonial Australian history and wonderful buildings preserved from that era. The village features the famous Richmond Bridge, the oldest Catholic and Anglican churches in Australia and the Richmond Gaol. Besides history, there are an excellent choice of cafes, eateries, antique shops, Tasmanian produce shops and attractions in the main street. Located in the Coal River Valley there are many award winning wineries and fresh produce growers in the region. Only 20 minutes to the Hobart Airport and 30 minutes to Hobart, Richmond is in a wonderful location to base yourself for a trip to Southern Tasmania. Day trips to Port Arthur, Bruny Island, the Huon Valley, Derwent Valley and the Midlands are popular.
