Perrys Farm by Tiny Away is settled in the small village of Forth and is just a 10-minute drive to Devonport. Surrounded by vineyards and wine-tasting experiences, it serves as a gateway to iconic sites. The tiny house is approximately 150 meters away from the main house, approximately 300 meters away from Pumping Station Road, and approximately 120 meters away from farm road. Mobile reception has good signals for all lines; weak signals for Spark. This tiny house is equipped with a cassette toilet. To maintain its cleanliness and functionality, an additional cleaning fee will be charged separately for stays of 5 nights or more, on top of the total booking amount. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a hygienic experience during your stay. Alternatively, guests can use the rustic Outback Toilet located just outside. It's plumbed into a septic system and thoughtfully designed with both sustainability and comfort in mind. during your stay. Lastly, we would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge.
