Please note that late check outs or early check ins are not available, however luggage storage facilities are available.
You must show a valid credit card upon check in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation.
Please note that children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and must be in a private room (dorm rooms are accepted however if the number of guests is less than the number of beds, each of the beds must be booked so the room is considered private).
Guests are required to present a valid form of ID on check in – an Australian Drivers licence or International Passport are accepted.
