Located in the heart of Brisbane's CBD (Central Business District), Oaks Brisbane Festival Suites offers self-contained accommodation with private balconies and city views. It features a swimming pool, a sauna and a hot tub. Oaks Brisbane Festival Suites is 10 minutes’ walk from both the City Botanic Gardens and Queen Street Mall. The Gallery of Modern Art is a 20-minute walk away. Limited parking is available and a reservation is required prior to arrival. The air-conditioned apartments have well-equipped kitchenettes with a dishwasher and microwave. Each apartment has a separate seating area with a flat-screen TV. Guests can work out in the well-equipped fitness centre, or enjoy the uninterrupted views of Brisbane from the pool. The barbecue area is the perfect place for a casual meal. "Temporary road closure: Charlotte and Albert Street intersection. From 6am Saturday 27 December 2025 to 5am Monday 2 February 2026, Charlotte Street will be closed at the intersection of Albert Street to enable road reconstruction activities. Access to the Oaks Festival Towers car park will remain open at all times. Please follow all signage in the local area. During this period: Vehicles access will only be via George Street to hotel. Vehicles access via Edward Street will be fully closed, pedestrian access only. We are expecting worse noise impact compared to the current situation, as construction site is directly in front of the building on Charlotte Street."
