We manage a number of Holiday Accommodation properties in the local region as well as other businesses in the real estate property field. We have locally based staff (Administration and Property Maintenance) that are able to assist our visiting guests while staying at one of our holiday properties after hours or in an emergency situation. We have intentionally decided to keep our business small and specialised, so that our dynamic team can focus on our clients. Our relationship with you is built on honesty, continual communication and superior market knowledge. Accommodating up to 8 guests, including 3 queen beds and a double futon this home caters perfectly to families or friend groups. Our quaint retreat boasts three comfortable bedrooms, ensuring ample space for you and your loved ones to unwind after a day of adventures. The 2 living areas invite you to kick back and relax, while the fully equipped kitchen lets you whip up delicious meals with ease. With a delightful selection of toys, books, and games, laughter and smiles are guaranteed throughout your stay. Visiting on a work trip? Settle into our dedicated workspace equipped with a desk, chair, and free wifi internet access. Bring along your furry friends to enjoy the ultimate holiday experience! Our home is conveniently situated across from a sprawling dog park, where your four-legged companions can frolic and play to their heart's content. If you require the futon (in lounge room) made up with linen please advise upon booking as this will not be made unless requested (linen however will be available in wardrobe of master bedroom). Futon will remain set up as a couch unless requested to be made up with linen as a bed from check in. Please remember to bring your own beach towels. No pet beds or bowls are provided, guests are required to clean up after their pets.
