It offers a free airport drop-off service from Monday-Friday. Each air-conditioned room has a microwave, refrigerator and tea/coffee making facilities. All rooms are decorated in neutral colours and include a flat-screen TV. Free Wifi is available limited to two devices per room. Shuttle service operates Mon-Friday 6:15am, 7:15am and 8:15 am Pick up only. We do not operate the shuttle service on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays Car storage(guests only) $10.00+gst per day Our cancellation policies are 48Hrs prior to the booking and cancellation fee applies if less than 48hrs.

Shuttle service times:

Our complimentary shuttle service does not operate on Sundays or Public holidays.

There is no shuttle services from the airport

A surcharge of AU $45 applies for arrivals before check-in hours. All requests for early arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

Office hours Each day of the week 9.00am to 10.00am and 2.00pm to 6.00pm only

Customers that make a last minute booking and are arriving after 6pm and do not have the code for the key safe, we will definitely send the code for the safe on the day of your arrival. Please note that if you have not received the code on the day, we have an after hours number on the board.

For customers that have already notified of their arrival after 6:00 pm, we will issue the key code to collect your key by email please allow at least 24hrs to get your code.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
