Simple Pleasures - The boutique Victorian cottage gives guests a taste of life in the bustling village of Murrumburrah. Originally the home & surgery of Dr Heggaton in the late 1800’s.
Fully restored and renovated by Karen Kemp & husband Michael Tobin, Heggaton Arthouse Apartments now offers home away from home for the would be traveller. Three separate apartments are housed within the framework of the ArtHouse and has cafes, bakeries and restaurants at your fingertips.
Karen has worked across all levels of Government and travelled across Australia working for not for profit organisations. Karen loves renovating and has a keen eye for interior design.
Murrumburrah is a bustling twin village to Harden. Founded first on the gold rush and now a tourist attraction for travelers. Silo art, a war horse statue called Bill and many other attractions within walking distance of the Cottage.
