Modern and open plan home nestled on top of a hill with commanding ocean views and only 300 metres walk to the beach. I have three rooms that I am renting out, all are a good size , one has an en-suite, the other two have a bathroom adjacent. The budget room is smaller but does have a fridge and a TV. Tea and coffee facilities is available in the common area around the clock. There is a lovely deck outside that overlooks a swimming pool with beautiful ocean views, the perfect place for a sunset drink.
I am a "work from home" so am available for tourist advice. I have a fully functional kitchen that can be used at any time. I have an old rescue dog called Paddy that just loves to meet new people.
Very safe and quiet neighborhood, less than 5 minute walk to the beach that has cafes and a pub to enjoy. There are bus stops nearby to take you to the nearest Train Station which is Whitfords. There is a 24/7 Supermarket approx 700 metres away.
