In the winter ski season, the property does not have any on-site parking, due to resort regulations. When checking in, please park in the 30-minute loading zone out the front of The General and during your check-in process staff will show you where the overnight long stay parking is located, about 1.5 km down the road.

Please note that there is a 3% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card.

You can catch the free village shuttle bus back to The General. Free village bus only operates in winter.

If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform Mountain Dreaming in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.

Please note that you must ski in and out of the property in winter. For more information, please contact the property for more information, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.

Please note free WiFi is not available in the restaurant or the bar.
