We’re Jack & Zoe — locals, parents of three, and proud hosts who care about making your stay comfortable and easy. We look forward to welcoming you soon!
Hi! We’re Jack and Zoe — the faces behind Morro’s Place and Sage’s in Hay.
Jack is a local builder who owns and runs his own construction company here in town, and Zoe works as a butcher in her family’s long-running butcher shop.
To our valued guests,
After three wonderful years, Morros will be closing its doors on 11 January 2026 due to the sale of the property.
We would like to sincerely thank each and every one of you for choosing to stay with us while visiting Hay. It has been a pleasure welcoming you, sharing our space, and being a small part of your travels and memories.
While this chapter is coming to an end, we would love to welcome you to Sage’s in the future and continue hosting you there.
Your support, kindness, and loyalty have meant more to us than words can express.
With heartfelt thanks,
The Morros Team
