Please note that your payments will be processed by the Mantra Group/SAMARAD; this will appear on your bank statement as Peppers/Mantra/BFree Surfers Paradise. Please note that this property requires a $100 credit card pre-authorisation or $200 cash deposit upon check in to cover any incidental charges. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in. Please note that accommodation is serviced once a week.
Please note that lift upgrade works will be carried out from 23 June to 31 October, between 8am and 4pm on weekends. Guests may experience intermittent noise disruptions during this time. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
A damage deposit of AUD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
