This inviting 3 bedroom, timber home offers a tropical retreat for a great family holiday. This home features covered decks around the home offering you the perfect opportunity to appreciate tropical living. The design offers the opportunity to capture the cross breezes however when the tropical weather takes hold the split system air conditioning will make your stay even more enjoyable.
From "Magnetic Effect" enjoy a stroll along the tree lined streets of Arcadia from Mirimar Crescent to Alma Bay. You will feel like you have stepped back to a time when the pace of daily life was more pleasant, less frantic and demanding and time slowed down.
This 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home is designed with tropical living in mind so to capture the cross breeze however split system air-conditioning is ready to ensure your holiday is enjoyable even during summer months.
This property has a strict policy of not accepting bookings from school leavers, "Schoolies," or "Leavers" groups. As the property is located in a residential area and does not have the facilities or security to host school graduation celebrations. This property is strictly nonsmoking. If evidence of smoking is found in the rooms, a cleaning fee may apply.
