Apartment 10 is on the second level featuring 2 queen beds and 2 single beds, lovely views of the foreshore, water and mountains. This apartment features a fantastic 10mt x 3mt front balcony. There is lift access.
This property has a strict policy of not accepting bookings from school leavers, "Schoolies," or "Leavers" groups. As the property is located in a residential area and does not have the facilities or security to host school graduation celebrations. This property is strictly nonsmoking. If evidence of smoking is found in the rooms, a cleaning fee may apply.
