The vaulted ceilings and highlight windows in the open-plan living area create a sense of space and light. The lounge features genuine leather sofas and views towards the Brokenback Range, including comforts such as Foxtel with full sports package, free Wi-Fi, DVD player, 65" LCD television and Hi-Fi system with Bluetooth connectivity. An adjoining fireplace snug has an inbuilt Spanish Bronpi fireplace with comfortable tub chairs. Large bi-fold windows overlook the lake where a seated bar area takes advantage of the views. The adjoining dining area comfortably seats 6 adjacent to the generous and fully equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, Smeg gas cooktop & electric oven. The double-stacking glass doors link the living area to the undercover deck where the 4-burner barbeque and outdoor furniture provide the ideal setting for an afternoon fiesta with friends. Lovedale Lakehouse is an adults only property, with children under 12 not permitted. This property has a strict no pets policy.
