Have fun at Little Monica's. Enjoy the convenience of living amongst the action in Perth CBD. This apartment is strategically located within walking distance to Perth train station, China-town, Kings Park, Shopping Mall, RAC arena, Elizabeth Quay and cafes/restaurants. You do not need a car since Perth have free bus that runs all over the city.
Everything you can think of is provided so you can enjoy your home away from home. Free Wifi, coffee/tea and more…

I have moved to Perth 7 years ago from Melbourne for work but stay for the whether.
Now, we are a down to earth family with a 6 year old girl. I also open my own cafe in West Perth called Little Mia Cafe.
I have travelled to China, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Thailand, England, America and looking to travel some more soon.

Next door to Intercontinental Hotel, Opposite the Apple Store, best Hainan Chicken Rice just downstairs in the food court, 5 minutes walk to Coles/Woolworths/Kmart. Walk to Elizabeth Quay or China Town.
No carpark on site, Street carpark and CPP (His majesty carpark) is free after 6pm-6am next morning. Car Hire on the same street 10 minutes walk away.
