The house has two living areas, so it is perfect for guests who want to be able to holiday together but still have their own space to relax and enjoy this thoughtfully renovated home which has central heating and cooling throughout. There is a comfortable informal living room with a Smart TV with complimentary Netflix provided by your hosts. At the other end of the house, you will find the formal lounge room which comes equipped with a wood-burning fireplace and Smart TV with complimentary Netflix. La Villette has indoor and outdoor dining options with the indoor dining area featuring a large wooden dining table with seating for up to 8 people. Outside on the generous deck is an outdoor dining table that seats up to six guests as well as a small, café-style table that seats two people The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is set over a single level. Each bedroom has a queen-sized bed except for the fourth bedroom which has a bunk bed (double bottom bunk, single top bunk). Each bed has its own hotel-quality white bed linen and electric blankets to ensure you stay warm during the cooler months. The bathrooms are in original condition with bathroom essentials supplied by your host. Please note: By completing this reservation you agree that: You will be required to complete our guest verification portal including signing our Short-Term Rental Agreement (“Agreement”), providing a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card on our verification portal at the time of booking. Per our Agreement, a hold of one thousand dollars will be placed on your credit card as a Security Deposit 7 days before your Check-In Date.
