At Karrak Reach we aim to help you relax and rejuvenate in a peaceful and tranquil setting overlooking the Scotsdale Valley. The breathtaking views stretch out from your window, over the paddocks, dams, and off into the rambling valley distance. Meanwhile, just behind your chalet stands 50 acres of karri tree forest, with trails to explore the local flora and fauna. A small holding of farm animals, alpacas, goats, sheep and cattle also share the property.The self contained chalets are clean and luxuriously appointed with almost everything you need for your stay. We live on the property so when you arrive we will be there to greet you and help you settle in.

We just really appreciate what a warm welcome and some dependable local knowledge can do to enhance a holiday experience. So that’s what we love to try to provide. It’s hard work but the feedback we receive, and seeing people unwind and enjoy themselves, makes it all very worthwhile. It is so refreshing to visit new places and meet new people. We were inspired by the wonderful hospitality that we received on our travels in Australia and overseas to one day host a holiday accommodation of our own. Ashlea is the creative and discerning force behind keeping the chalets up to date, stylish and immaculate. ‘Farmer Adam" manages the property, and looks after the animals.

We are close to Greens Pool and Elephant Rocks- the most visited attraction in the Great Southern. Other attractions include The Valley of The Giants and The Tree Top Walk, Award Winning Wineries such as Single File Winery and Forest Hill Winery, Award winning restaurants such as Pepper and Salt and The Lake House. There are many forest walks such as the Bibbulmum Track and the Harewood State Forest to explore including our own track on the property.
