Hope Farm is an elegant guesthouse located in York, the oldest inland town in Western Australia, situated 97 kilometres East of Perth.
Living a fairy-tale country lifestyle, the historic homestead was built in 1880 by Dr Hope, WA’s first Chief Medical Officer.
Providing a perfect mix of country charm and modern-day luxury, each of the three guest rooms have ensuite bathrooms newly renovated in January 2022, and are independent of the main house.
In addition to the guest rooms, Hope Farm York offers a charming guest lounge with large open fire. Outside there is a patio area, extensive gardens and vineyard for guests to explore. We encourage guests to make the most of the experience with a 10% discount for 2 night stays.
Visit Hope Farm Guesthouse for the friendly personal service, the stunning location and peaceful environment. The views of Mount Bakewell and the adjoining land are magnificent

In his spare time he is building sheds and fences for our growing number of animals. Jo loves seeing the landscape change with each unique season and introducing guests to the extended family of Winnie, Billy, Teddy, Fudgen Twinkle, Tansy, Merry, Lulu and a host of feathered friends!
York is a wonderful place to visit. The scenery alone is stunning. The town offers a number of places to eat and drink and we have regular events and festivals. It is the perfect place to get away for a couple of nights to relax.
