The 'family' here includes many animals, Ratty the cat, dogs Shadow, Juniper Berry, Rogue, Zorro and Griffin, four horses, 6 turkeys, 2 ferrets and 3 peacocks, all of whom would be happy to introduce themselves to you. We are a pet friendly hotel.

The house is 140 years old and has been in our family for over 70 years, it is authentic heritage in a spectacular setting, what we like to consider quintessential Tasmania, not stuffy luxury, but relaxing and welcoming!
