Established in 1975 Grosvenor boasts a 5 Star location directly opposite the beautiful and world renowned Surfers Paradise Beach. Our self-contained 1 and 2 bedroom apartments each with a balcony are independently owned and fully furnished. Each one is fully furnished and appointed with a fully equipped kitchen, separate living area, balconies, bathroom and laundry facilities. Enjoy breakfast on your private balcony with gorgeous views of the beach. Take a short 150 meters stroll to Cavill Mall which provides a huge variety of dining and shopping options or catch the G Link Tram to Broadbeach. There is also a bus stop 1 block away. From Broadbeach you can explore Pacific Fair for a truly exhilarating shopping experience visit the Convention Centre and world class Casino. Afterwards, relax back at Grosvenor Apartments and enjoy a refreshing swim or relaxing sauna or spa maybe a BBQ and game of tennis! Grosvenor Beachfront provides free secure parking for one car.
