Fairlawn Estate is a family run business. Owned and operated by Rebecca and Alexander Walker. Rebecca and Alexander, along with their 3 boys Angus(10) Thomas (8) and Patrick (5), strive to give their guests the best boutique accomodation experience available in the area.

Set on the banks of the Vasse River, Fairlawn Estate is private and exclusive/gated Estate. Fairlawn Estate is situated on a 2000 acre working farm that perfectly bridges a gateway between past and present. First owned by the John and Georgiana Molloy, the main homestead was built in 1840, with Bishop Hales Cottage being built mid 1850's. Fairlawn was the first dwelling built in the district. This opulent homestead also contains 1000m2 of floor space.
