Dutchies Dream was recently purchased and was lovingly enjoyed by the previous owners. The new owners decided to share this wonderful property with it's beautiful water vistas for all to enjoy. As they live elsewhere I offered to assist them with their wishes. Dutchies Dream set in an absolute prime position across from beautiful Dutchies beach. Master bedroom features a king bed and ensuite, The second bedroom has a queen bed and direct access to the main bathroom, the third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. There is a massive entertaining deck overlooking the beach with BBQ and gas lantern to keep warm. The big double garage that could fit a small trailer boat. If sitting on the deck drinking champagne watching the dolphins play is not your thing, then you are within an easy walk to CBD shops and Marina with all its cafes & restaurants.
