Our properties are all absolute waterfront and have magnificent views of the River Derwent. They are very private, fully equipped and have well laid out spacious gardens. Parking on site is sufficient for two or more vehicles depending on the property and we are a short distance from Mona, Bonorong Park, the Derwent Valley, Hobart and other attractions.
John Harrison has degrees in science and economics and has been a businessman for many years. As a scientist he is well known and regarded in the area of sustainability.
Austins Ferry was once the location of the first crossing place of the river Derwent and relics of this bygone era before Bridgewater Bridge was built are to be found close by. The area has more public open space than most suburbs anywhere in Australia and there are three parks very close by. The bike track to the city ends at Austins Ferry and there are a number of walking tracks in the area. Austins Ferry/Claremont has a shopping centre with Woolworths and other shops and restaurants close by.
