You must show a valid credit card upon check in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. This hotel is a 100% non-smoking property with no smoking allowed throughout the whole complex. Any guest found in breach of the hotel's non-smoking policy may be charged additional cleaning fees (AUD $300 minimum charge) and additional compensation charges for the hotel’s loss of revenue.
