If you are arriving past 8pm, please inform the hotel directly. STAIRS: We do have a lift but there are stairs leading to most rooms. This can range for 10-12 stairs or a full flight of stairs as the lift doesn't go to level 3. Please let us know ahead of time if you need a room without stairs
