Offering free breakfast, on-site parking and free WiFi, Byron Palms Guesthouse & Spa - Adults Only is a 10-minute walk from Byron Bay main beach. Guests can relax and enjoy the garden and deck areas, and make use of the shared lounge and kitchen areas. The accommodation includes rooms featuring a flat-screen TV, fresh towels and bed linen with en-suite bathrooms with free toiletries. Hygienic hand washing facilities are available throughout the guesthouse. We have a Tesla EV charging station for guests. The town centre of Byron Bay is just a short walk away from Byron Palms Guesthouse & Spa - Adults Only, where you will find restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and shopping. The property is a 5-minute drive from Byron Bay Golf Course and Cape Byron Lighthouse, the most easterly point on the Australian mainland. Ballina Byron Gateway Airport is a 30-minute drive away.

With over 25 years of experience constructing and operating boutique guesthouses in Byron Bay, the owner, Peter, has taken a modest cottage built in the 1920s with fashionable Art Deco traits and transformed it into a spacious and peaceful retreat with stylish amenities and a great central location.

Air conditioning, an en-suite or private bathroom , flat screen TV and free wi-fi makes each room a personal retreat. Don't forget your swimming outfit as our Magna Therapy pool is heated from 15th of September to 31st of May. In winter it runs at 16 degrees as a plunge pool after a sauna. Sauna/Steam Room, Massage Therapy & Spa Packages are also available on-site (extra charged). The breakfast bar, with its views over the deck and gardens is the center of morning activity with servings of fresh fruit, cereals, toast, jams and delicious coffee available from 8.30 am daily. Like to sleep in? Breakfast goes till 10:00 am for your convenience. The lounge area also over looks the deck and gardens and is the perfect place to curl up with a book, listen to music, or chat with your partner about the daily plans you may wish to undertake. As an adults’ retreat, Byron Palms does not accommodate babies or children.
