Breakaway Views is an ideal location for small groups and friends who are travelling together. We have a four bedrooms x four bathroom house plus a self contained motel style room that we call "The Breakaway Room". If you rent a room inside the house, you get the entire house to yourself (minus the self contained room out the front - that has no access to the house) So at the time of booking you can rent up to four different rooms for you and your friends (five rooms if you would like the self contained "motel Style" room out the front as well) Once we receive a booking for a room in the house -we block off all other rooms - so you will only share the house with people that you know. So whenever you book an inside room - you also get the Kitchen and the dining room plus access to the laundry facilities. We hope we can look after you and your friends on your next visit to Coober Pedy. Please note that the structure that you see in the photos is an old Watertower. IT IS NOT A VIEWING PLATFORM and CANNOT BE CLIMBED.

Coober Pedy is a quirky town full of lots of interesting things around every corner. Stop and have a chat with someone in the street. Most people are pretty proud of this town and you will find that most people are very happy to have a chat. Because so many people only pass through the town - the locals say "If we bump into you more than twice - you must be a local!"
