Spacious, open plan, air-conditioned living area with TV, DVD player, Unlimited WIFI, Google Chromecast, Games, Books and loads more. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, full cooking facilities and family size fridge/ freezer. A huge terrace with outdoor dining and gas BBQ cooking facilities flow off from the living area.   Unit 3 is the only unit that has private access to the complex pool, so no need for the children to be going up and down in the lift or hallways and you have the pleasure of being able to sit back on your own balcony and watch the children playing in the pool. Three generous sized bedrooms all with ceiling fans and the main having a split system air conditioner, TV, DVD player and ensuite with a spa bath, shower, toilet and vanity.  The main bathroom provides a shower, vanity and separate toilet.  The internal laundry has a front loader washing machine and dryer for your convenience. The complex provides a tandem secure undercover parking with fob swipe access, intercom and the benefit of a lift.   'Peninsula Waters' is in a great location with a cafe and shops located underneath the complex, Soldiers Point Tennis Courts across

If you love seafood you'll love the locally caught prawns, crabs and lobsters and freshly shucked oysters harvested from the sparkling blue estuary. An array of restaurants with spectacular views and waterside dining are available or a sunset dinner cruise or picnic at the beach might be more enticing. Any abuse of threatening behavior towards staff or contractors will result in immediate termination of stay without a refund. Any booking for more than 21 nights will require a mid-stay clean at guest cost. The agent is not responsible, nor has control over building and renovation work by neighbouring properties and cannot issue refunds in such circumstances. The guest acknowledges that they are required to complete an online check in form prior to the day of arrival. ID such as a license is required. Feel free to blur address on license. This information is removed from our systems 14 days after check out. There is a $3000 security deposit taken during schoolies period that is taken prior to arrival. Unless specifically stated the property does not provide linen such as sheets, towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bathmats. We can arrange the hire of these at an additional cost. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.
