The best of both swimming locations is right at your fingertips, a quick five-minute short walk to Little Beach or straight out the front of your unit to Shoal Bay Beach. Close by there is a variety of restaurants - Little Beach Boathouse is fantastic for a quick snack, cocktails or fine dining. Halifax takeaway fish and chip shop, The Inner Light Tearooms and Diggers Club are all within ten minutes' walk. Unlimited magnificent water views through the headlands from the entire living area and balcony. The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave and full cooking facilities available. The main bedroom has access to the balcony, imagine waking and looking out to the relaxing water views - what a nice way to start the day. The bathroom provides a bath with shower above and the American style laundry is also located in the bathroom area, the laundry has a washing machine and dryer. The unit provides a single lock up garage and a single open car space. Sheets and towels are not provided at the property, you have the option to either hire or bring these with you, no pets and no party policy in place. If you love seafood you'll love the locally caught prawns, crabs and lobsters and freshly shucked oysters harvested from the sparkling blue estuary. Any abuse of threatening behavior towards staff or contractors will result in immediate termination of stay without a refund. Any booking for more than 21 nights will require a mid-stay clean at guest cost. The agent is not responsible, nor has control over building and renovation work by neighbouring properties and cannot issue refunds in such circumstances. The guest acknowledges that they are required to complete an online check in form prior to the day of arrival. ID such as a license is required. Feel free to blur address on license. This information is removed from our systems 14 days after check out. There is a $3000 security deposit taken during schoolies period that is taken prior to arrival. Unless specifically stated the property does not provide linen such as sheets, towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bathmats. We can arrange the hire of these at an additional cost. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.
