Newly renovated studio in a very quiet central location. Parking free of charge. 10 minutes walk to the center. Ground floor. Perfect for 2 people even for longer stays. Well-equipped kitchen with fridge / freezer, dishes and cutlery. There is a new washing machine with dryer in the bathroom. Shower gel, towels & hair dryer are available.
I live with my family in the same house where the studio is located. We run a burger restaurant in town, within walking distance. I am also an avid mountain and touring enthusiast.
The city of Klagenfurt is located in the south of Austria in the middle of beautiful Carinthia. Slovenia and Italy are very easy to reach by car or motorcycle. Klagenfurt also has a lot to offer. A beautiful old town, great restaurants , many parks and of course the beautiful Wörthersee. All around there are all sorts of mountains and lakes and lots of leisure activities.
