When booking for 9 guests or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Please note that guests under 18 years old must stay in a private room with a parent or guardian over 18 and cannot be accommodated in a dormitory room with guests who are not part of their group or family Guests are required to show a physical, valid passport, EU identity card or EU driver's licence as well as a credit card at check-in.

Photocopies or pictures of IDs will not be accepted.

Please note we have a maximum stay policy of 7 days, bookings that exceed this policy may be cancelled.
