Cosy homes in a renovated townhouse from 1900 with fully equipped kitchens, friendly bathrooms, comfortable beds, Netflix and spacious living rooms. You will get apartments with an eye on design, sustainability and convenience. It feels more like home than a hotel, but has all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay (fresh bedding, shampoo...). It`s situated in a local district with good infrastructure and by a 10 minutes walk you reach the old city.

The apartment is situated in a historical district between the old city center (only 10min walk or 5min by bus) and the foot of the mountain Nordkette (7min walk to nature). Next to the apartment you find the food we like in Innsbruck: traditional and Italian restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets....
