Our comfortable 42m² holiday flat is located at an altitude of almost 1,140 m above sea level, where the air is clear and the view is fantastic. With a gorgeous view of the surrounding mountains and a quiet location, the Konradgut 11 is the ideal starting point for extensive hikes in the surrounding forests. The holiday flat, newly built in 2020 and fully furnished, offers relaxation, tranquillity and modern facilities! A highlight in the wellness bath is, for example, the infrared cabin, where you can relax your muscles with deep heat after a long hike or a beautiful day of skiing. See for yourself! New from October 2022: If you arrive by e-car, you can use the new charging station! It is equipped with a type-2 plug and has a maximum charging capacity of 11kW AC (45 cents per 1kWh).

Our local mountain is the Kreischberg (2002m) and the Rosenkranzhöhe (2118m). In the panorama you can see the Kirbisch (2140m), the Goldachnock (2171m), the Prankerhöhe (2166m) , the Schwarmbrunnhöhe (2120m) and the Frauenalpe (1997m). A hike to the Gstoder (2140m) is also popular. In winter, the Kreischberg skiing area beckons. It is about 4 km away from the flat and is usually open from the beginning of December until Easter Monday. You can rent a heated locker for your ski equipment directly at the lift. How about a round of golf in summer? The generously planned 18-hole, par 72 golf course of the Golfclub Murau Kreischberg is only about five kilometres away from the holiday flat Konradgut 11 in the direction of Murau. The challenging golf course is embedded in the forests of the Nockberge mountains on one side and is bordered by the natural course of the Mur river on the other. Particularly noteworthy are the elevated tees at the beginning of the round and the spectacular half and island greens.
