The apartment is situated on a mountain, the Gerlitzen, 1.500 meters above sea level. Trails for different skill levels and the mountain cableway, which takes you directly to the Ossiacher lake, are in walking distance. In winter you can ski from the appartment to the ski slope via a well-prepared path (42km piste in a family friendly area with heavy snow). As an alternative there are opportunities for ski touring or snowshoeing.
There is also a kids playground on the property.
A ticket for the toll road is included.
A garage parking space is also included in the price.
The entrance to the garage is located next to the hotel "die Kanzlerin" entrance. A parking space is reserved for our guests (no additional costs!). Another car can be parked on an outdoor parking area 50 meter down the road, depending on availability.
