Haus Hepi

My wife Lisa and I, originally from England, have been welcoming guests to the chalet for over 20 years. We both love meeting guests from all over the world. Nothing gives us more pleasure than sharing all our extensive knowledge of the surrounding area to enable our guests to get the maximum enjoyment from their holiday spent in the mountains. In our free time we can also be found enjoying the beautiful lakes and mountains region, either on foot, bicycle, kajak SUP, skis or Motorbike. We have personally taken much consideration to ensure our guests feel relaxed and at home in the Chalet. We live on-site.

Haus Hepi is the perfect Chalet for groups of friends or family to enjoy the peace and tranquility of holidaying in the mountains. The Chalet is ideally situated for active holidays both in Winter and Summer, whether it be Hiking, Biking, Sightseeing or skiing, equally good for just relaxing at the lakeside taking in the wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. The chalet has plenty of space for everyone to relax, a large Lounge with comfy sofas, a Terrace with both Lounging and Dining Furniture. You will find all the appliances you need in the new Kitchen to create wonderful meals for your family and friends. Rest assured you will sleep well in our large comfortable beds with new high quality mattresses and bedding. The Chalet has 4 Double rooms each with en-suite bathrooms and south facing Balconies plus 1 further en-suite Double bedroom, sleeps 10 people max. The Chalet (Entire Holiday House) is available to rent in High season. The rest of the year we offer Double rooms for Bed and Breakfast. Our guests like to take their time over our highly rated breakfast with a good selection of local and homemade produce, most notably our homemade jams and cakes. We also provide a guest lounge with comfy sofas, chairs on all the balconies and a terrace to enjoy the wonderful views from. We offer a free tea and coffee facility with cookies and a self-service mini bar for our B&B guests.

Guests love our neighbourhood as it is very convenient if you don't have a car or don't want to use your car. The bus stop and train station to Hallstatt & the Dachstein cablecar are less than a 5 minute walk from Haus Hepi. Restaurants & Ferry to Hallstatt at the lakeside in just under 10 mins walking! However, guests most love the view of the mountains from the Chalet, the peace and tranquility being located on the edge of the forest.
